Is there someone within your volunteer ranks that deserves to win United Way’s "Turning the Curve" Award? A board member, committee member or someone who volunteers faithfully when needed with no complaint?

Then please consider nominating them for the United Way’s “Turning the Curve” Award – an award that will be given at the SUITS Awards event, which honors Lehigh Valley business professionals who demonstrate real horsepower in their service industry.

The 6th Annual SUITS Awards event will take place on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, from 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Daniels BMW in Allentown.

The SUITS awards highlight the outstanding achievements of individuals and teams who work within nine (9) service industry sectors in the Lehigh Valley (Northampton and Lehigh Counties). The event is unique in that it celebrates the success and promotes the fundamental importance of best business practices in the Lehigh Valley business community.

This award program is a benefit for Equi-librium, a regional non-profit organization that provides therapeutic riding programs to children, youth and adults with a variety of special needs.

Teams or individuals may be nominated for an award by a third party (client) or may self-nominate through submission of a nomination. The deadline for submissions is February 3rd, 2012.
