Roasting Ears of Corn Festival

Join us as we celebrate 45 years of Native American Drumming, Dancing, Singing, Artisans and Crafters, Indigenous Cuisine and so much more!
This years Roasting Ears of Corn Festival features:
– Juno award winning singer Crystal Shawanda (11 a.m. and 4 p.m.)
-Inca Flutist Sicanni Purizaca (1:30 p.m.),
-Traditional Aztec Dancing – the Salina’s Family from Mexico City
-Native Nations Dance Theater.
Experience:
-Native American Marketplace
-Children’s arts and crafts activity area, pony rides, face painting
-Try your hand at throwing the atlatl or tomahawk
-Learn flintknapping and ancient firemaking techniques
-See demonstrations of Quillworking, Basketry, and so much more!
