Critical Support Fund Delivers Immediate Food and Crisis Relief Across the Greater Lehigh Valley

Nearly 200 donors came together to support residents displaced by the Hotel Hampton fire in Easton. Funds have provided direct assistance to residents, support for local fire companies and extended housing for those still in need.
Thanks to generous donors including BSI Corporate Benefits and Easton residents Tony and Adrienne DaRe, 100% of funds raised are being distributed to those who need it most.
Funds will provide immediate assistance for 40 people displaced by the fire at the Hotel Hampton and adjoining properties in Easton.
United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley received a $6,000 grant from the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America to support the return of the Savvy Caregiver Mixer, expanding social connection, skill building and respite support for caregivers of individuals living with dementia.
Last year, United Way Community Schools delivered academic growth across the network, increased family engagement and expanded access to food, health and behavioral supports across the Greater Lehigh Valley.
The new “Powered by PPL” initiative acknowledges decades of support for Community Stability programs that reach more than 100,000 people each year.
