Justice-Impacted Talent: Unlocking Potential Through Fair-Chance Hiring
Join LINC (www.linc-lv.org) for a dynamic session exploring reentry and fair-chance hiring practices, along with local initiatives that are driving measurable impact in our community.
Attendees will gain insights from individuals with lived experience in the justice system and reentry, as well as from employers who are successfully implementing inclusive hiring strategies. The session will begin with an overview of the reentry workforce and the business case for second-chance hiring. A panel of experts will then share real-world examples of how organizations are leveraging these practices to strengthen talent pipelines and foster equity.
