Simply Savory

ProJeCt of Easton will celebrate the 18th year of Simply Savory on April 29, 2026 at Green Pond Country Club. This signature event brings together the Lehigh Valley’s most talented chefs, vintners, and community leaders for an evening that celebrates connection, compassion, and possibility. This year we will also recognize the Legacy of Service of our longtime friend Don Follett who passed away last fall.

The celebration begins at 6:00 pm with a lively tasting hour and our inspiring Wall of Opportunity, where guests can explore programs and give directly to the work that matters most. At 7:30 pm, guests are seated to savor a beautifully prepared dinner accompanied by a brief program. The evening continues with music, a dessert bar, and signature cocktails until 10:00 pm.

More than a gathering, Simply Savory reflects what makes our community extraordinary. Event proceeds directly support literacy programs, workforce readiness training, food pantry services, and essential support that help children, adults, and families build lasting stability.
