What we do for Seniors
Families and the community benefit when seniors are able to stay safely in their own homes.
Why our mission matters
The population of 65+ has increased by 10% over the past 4 years - from 99,000 seniors to 109,000.
The average monthly mortgage is under $1,000. The average monthly cost to stay in a nursing home is $7,500.
How we improve the health and safety of seniors
United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley convenes partnerships throughout Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties to ensure seniors stay healthier and have a better quality of life.
