We asked you to Be a Housing Hero, and you responded with unparalleled support. Thank you for providing housing for our neighbors and families experiencing financial insecurity with United Way and PPL Foundation.


Thank you to PPL Foundation for partnering with United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley to address housing insecurity through prevention and intervention with Be a Housing Hero. For every new or increased gift to United Way from April 2022 to March 2023, PPL Foundation’s pledge of $500,000 will provide support for thousands of people who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity right here in the communities we serve. As a result, almost $3 million more was donated.
