United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council Names Wendy Born Philanthropist of the Year United Way of Greater Lehigh Valley’s Women’s Leadership Council has selected Wendy Born as its 2016 Betsy Torrence Philanthropist of the Year. This is the Women’s Leadership Council’s highest honor.
