AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer Welcome
AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer Welcome
Published: November 06, 2015
United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley (UWGLV) is proud to introduce our new Americorps/ VISTA volunteers for the upcoming year. Our VISTA volunteers will be assisting UWGLV this year in strengthening our education programs.
Americorps/VISTA, a program of the Corporation for National and Community Service works with agencies across the country by supporting volunteers who make positive changes and work to reduce poverty in these communities. United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, is an Americorps/VISTA sponsor agency, which places volunteers for one year of service to build the capacity of community programs and partnerships within our community.
